Why a Pediatric Dentist...
This dental specialty focuses on the oral health and unique needs of young people from infancy to adolescence. Pediatric dentists undergo 2-3 years of rigorous training after completion of dental school. This specialty emphasizes the treatment of all children, regardless of age, medical history, and dental treatment needs. The specialty also stresses the growth and development of the child and their relationship with the child's oral health. Pediatric dentists are also trained in providing dental treatment utilizing various modalities, such as behavior management techniques, conscious sedation, and general anesthesia.
Dr. Alex L. Wong
Dr. Wong specialized in pediatric dentistry because he truly enjoys being a children's dentist.
